Is this actually a real printed book?
Yeah, a real book. Softcover or hardcover, printed and bound by the same network that supplies bookstores. Not a photo album. Not a Shutterfly thing. A book — with a spine, pages, the whole deal. Ships in 5–7 business days.
When does my card get charged?
At checkout. But nothing ships until you say so. We build your book first, you review it, and only once you approve does it go to print. You're not locked in blind.
How long does the whole thing take?
The upload wizard takes maybe 10 minutes. Your book gets built right after — usually within the hour. Approve it, and it's at your door in about a week. Couch to bookshelf: 8 days, give or take.
Can I choose which photos go where?
You pick the photos and drop them in order. We handle the layout, the captions, the story arc — the stuff that makes it feel like a book and not a slideshow. You review everything before it ships. If something's off, you flag it.
What if I don't love it?
